We work hard to provide you with the best value in product prices and shipping charges, and to get your order to you in a timely, safe, and convenient manner. Internet sales involve the cost of getting the product to you, and shipping carriers base that cost on the size and weight of the package, plus the distance the package travels from our warehouse to your door. We keep our product prices low, negotiate low shipping charges from our carriers and pass those savings on to you, and we don't charge sales tax (except for residents of Utah), so your order from Volvo Penta Online Store is the best value for all your boating needs.

Our standard shipping method is UPS ground, which typically takes 2-5 additional transit days after the order has left our warehouse, depending on your delivery address. We also offer other shipping options, including expedited delivery, and the actual delivery date will depend on the shipping options you choose.

Shipping to Canada

Most products sold by Volvo Penta Online Store can be purchased and shipped to Canada. Some restrictions apply to certain items, such as hazardous materials, over-weight products, and the method of shipping. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

Currently, Volvo Penta Online Store offers ground shipping to all Canada provinces. Our Canadian brokerage service accelerates your orders through the Customs clearance process and facilitates the delivery of your order through Canada Post or the best method based on your shipping address. We do not currently offer expedited shipping methods to Canada.

At Volvo Penta Online Store we want to simplify your transaction and give you a pleasing purchasing experience so you'll come shop with us again and again. We therefore calculate all the duties, taxes, and other fees specific to Canadian orders and show you the total landed cost of getting the order to your door. There are no hidden fees and will be no surprise COD charges when the package is delivered to you.

Order History & Tracking

We provide several methods to track your order and keep you informed of your order status and expected delivery date. After completing an Volvo Penta Online Store purchase transaction, an account will automatically be created for your provided email address. You'll receive an email from Volvo Penta Online Store Customer Service informing you of your new User Account and the many benefits it provides. If you don't wish to have an Volvo Penta Online Store Account with password, do nothing and your account won't be registered; however, you can respond to the instructions in the email and easily register your account and setup a password. If you have provided your email address during checkout, we will also email you your invoice, which includes a link for tracking your order and viewing the current status of your order. Refer to your invoice email and tracking link any time you wish to track the status of your order

Please be careful when ordering this product, it has limitations that differ from our General 30-day Return Policy. After all, we want you to be satisfied with your order so you'll return again and again as an iboats.com customer, and to also recommend us to your boating friends

Volvo Penta Store

An item(s) may be returned within the first 30 days after the item(s) is shipped to you. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging in good condition; plus parts, accessories, manuals, and/or warranty cards included. You will need to receive a return authorization number (RA #) as well as instructions from our Customer Service Department.

Warranty: Volvo Penta parts carry a (1) year manufacturers warranty. Should the part you received fail after install, take a copy of the receipt to an authorized Volvo Penta dealer for a warranty evaluation. If determined that the part failed due to a defect the Volvo dealer will supply a replacement part to the consumer. If needed the Volvo dealer could assist in installation of the new part at his normal labor rate.
